We are a finance provider, not a retailer

RAF Equipment Solutions arranges finance for equipment supplied by third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture, sell, deliver or install equipment, and we do not hold stock. Title, warranty and delivery obligations sit with the supplier you purchase from.

Faulty or incorrect equipment

If equipment is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, your rights are against the supplier under their terms and under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact the supplier first, and tell us as soon as possible so we can help coordinate a resolution with them. Your finance agreement remains in force while a claim is resolved unless the lender agrees otherwise in writing.

Refunds of finance fees

Where a transaction is cancelled before settlement, any fee paid to us that relates to services not yet performed will be refunded within 10 business days to the account it was paid from. Fees for work already completed, such as third-party valuations or searches, are not refundable.

Ending an agreement early

You can request an early payout figure from your lender at any time. Early termination may attract break costs or an early repayment fee, which will be set out in your agreement.
