Information we collect

• Identity and contact details, including name, address, phone, email and date of birth.
• Business information such as ABN, trading history, structure and financial statements.
• Credit information, including applications, repayment history and default information.
• Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to assess and arrange finance, to verify your identity, to comply with anti-money-laundering and responsible lending obligations, and to service your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Disclosure

We may disclose your information to lenders and insurers on our panel, credit reporting bodies, equipment suppliers involved in your transaction, our related entities including Royal Archer Finance, and service providers who help us operate the business.

Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to or correction of your information at any time. If you believe we have breached your privacy, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
